Derek Ferguson, Chair

Derek lives in Walnut Tree Road with his wife Helen, cat and two dogs. He has lived in Charlton Village for 28 years and raised his two children, Callum and Hannah here, they have now both grown up and moved out. Derek is recently retired after spending 34 years working in retail management.

Lesley Howick, Vice Chair

Lesley Howick (left) has lived in the village for 37 years, she grew up in Sunbury and is a retired NHS midwife.

Shivali Mathur, Secretary

Shivali Mathur, Secretary, is an engineer with an MBA. She has lived in Charlton Village for the last 14 years with her husband, two children and dog Oreo. Shivali works in the energy sector, serves at St Nicholas CE Primary School as a Governor and enjoys playing cricket in her free time.

Dot Hogan, Treasurer

Helen worked in human resources management for 33 years and now works as an exam invigilator in a local school.

Sarah Ryall, Safeguarding Lead

Sarah Ryall has lived in Shepperton 9 years, two years ago she moved to Charlton Village with her husband. They live with their two year old son and a cat. When Sarah isn't busy being a mum she works three days a week in a local authority as a Children’s Services Manager.

With this background, Sarah has agreed to be the Designated Safeguarding Lead for CVRA.

Sarah Squire, Committee Member

Sarah Squire has lived in Charlton Village her whole life (except two short periods in her twenties). She owns Shepperton Game Library and has been Brown Owl at 1st Littleton Brownies for 23 years.

Graham Bloor, Committee Member

Graham Bloor is born and bred in Shepperton and has been a resident of Charlton Village since 1993!

Luke Nicolaou, Committee Member

Lou Farr has lived in the village nearly 9 years. Her main hobbies are entertaining her kids. She loves keeping active and enjoying the outside. Lou wants the village to be somewhere for her children to grow up and hope they come to love it as much as she and her husband do.
